Trip Intinerary
Day 1 – Welcome to Sydney
Arrive in Sydney and be ready for the time of your life! You’ll be transferred to your accommodation at Little Coogee Hotel where you can relax or freshen up and get out there and explore. You will stay in a 4 bed dorm room ,complete with en- suite bathroom , air condition, bunk beds with privacy curtains and their own power outlets and reading lights , as well as their own personal security lockers.
Day 2 – Welcome meeting & City tour
Your week of adventures kicks off this morning! You'll get to know your group and guides at a welcome meeting. We'll organise your bank account, phone number and tax file number and give you the opportunity to ask any questions as well as getting really excited about the adventures ahead! We will also give you an overview of how our jobs member ship and assistance works. Followed by a rooftop BBQ with ocean views at the end of the day!
Day 3 – Manly & Sydney Harbour day trip
We travel to the city and have some time around the Opera House and Harbour Bridge before getting the ferry to Manly. We then have the day to explore Manly’s beautiful beaches and then have a surf lesson in the afternoon.
Day 4 – Free day in Sydney!
Your off on your own to explore the city ordo the amazing Coogee top Bondi coastal walk. Or you could do a work training course if preferred – at extra cost ) Then get the overnight bus to Byron Bay .
Day 5 – First day at Byron Bay Surf Camp , Pottsville
Enjoy the day relaxing in Byron Bay and our relaxed surf camp in Pottsville (25 minutes from Byron Bay). Located 200 metres from the river and beach, you can explore our local village or relax by the pool with your group.
Day 6 – Surf lessons in Byron Bay
We have a shuttle bus that will take your group into Byron in the morning and you will have a 2 hour surf lesson in Byron Bay with our partner ‘ Byron Bay Surf School ‘ Byrons most experienced Surf School. Then relax in Byron for the day and we will then have a social dinner or beach BBQ under the stars at the Surf Camp.
Day 7 – Surf lessons in Byron Bay
This is when you really become a real surfer with another day and surf lesson in Byron Bay. The shuttle bus will take your group into Byron in the morning, and you will have another 2-hour surf lesson in Byron Bay, where you can work on all the tips and guidance from our surf instructors.
Day 8 – Depart or extend your stay !
Final day of the tour and you can either keep travelling up the coast with your new travel mates or extend your stay in our surf camp. We include a FREE day or hire for our Stand Up Paddle boards or Surf Boards in Pottsville or Byron Bay.
- We also have work contacts in the area for those looking to get straight into work after the tour. Farm jobs that contribute to your 88 days visa extension and Hospitality work available
